Career coaching became an integral part of my journey when I attended an information session on pay parity. During the session, I witnessed two young ladies who had just completed their four years of studies at the UoM expressing their confusion about what kind of jobs to apply for with their degree. This struck a chord with me, and I realized that many fresh graduates lack guidance and direction when it comes to utilizing their qualifications in the job market.

Driven by my desire to help, I conducted extensive research and discovered that this was a widespread issue among recent graduates. I firmly believe that with the knowledge and qualifications they possess, coupled with a willingness to learn and be coached, these individuals can secure their dream jobs and live fulfilling lives. This realization led me to become a career coach, aiming to assist individuals in mapping out their career paths, identifying suitable career options aligned with their qualifications, and pointing them in the right direction
